His full name is Dylan Prescott Pickles.

He's the baby brother of Tommy Pickles.

He was later in seasons of the Rugrats T.V. show.

In the Rugrats series Dil was around 3-4 months old.

He has baby behavior which includes: crying and drooling and grabbing things especially hair.
